A Simple Will
The BuildaWill program allows you to complete a simple, valid and legally-binding Will in the privacy of your own home once it is signed. BuildaWill contains a number of forms that are appropriate for you to use for that purpose.

Fill in the Blanks
You may review those blank forms as you begin to draft your Will. Using BuildaWill™, you enter the information required by the forms. Once you have entered the information you may download a printable version of the Will you have created, a document that incorporates the information you have provided into forms you have selected. All you need to do at this point is sign it to make it valid!

After you fill out all of your information and preview your entries to ensure it's accuracy, then and only then will you be asked to pay for the Will, which will be downloaded to your hard drive.

You're in Control!
You are always in control of the process. You make all of the decisions. BuildaWill, together with the information contained in the Estate Planning Guide, is a highly effective tool to help you organize and enter information, however, they cannot advise you on what is best for your circumstances. If you feel you need such advice, you should consult with an attorney. That suggestion will be repeated as you go about the process of creating your own Will.
